Notice to the Market – Transfer of all quotas held by Elog in the share capital of Ecopátio Logística Cubatão to Ecorodovias Infraestrutura
São Paulo, February 08, 2018 – ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Ecorodovias Infraestrutura”) and its direct subsidiary ELOG S.A. (“Elog”), in compliance with Instruction 358 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (“CVM”), on January 3, 2002, as amended, announce to their shareholders and the general market that, to comply with the conditions precedent established in the Stock Purchase Agreement of Elog, all ownership interests held by Elog in the capital of Ecopátio Logística Cubatão Ltda. were transferred, on the date hereof, at book value, to Ecorodovias Infraestrutura.
