Notice to the Market – Sale of 100% of the capital in Elog S.A.
São Paulo, March 06, 2018 – ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Ecorodovias Infraestrutura”) additionally to the Material Fact notice published on December 12, 2017, hereby announces that, on the date hereof, after meeting all conditions precedent, it consummated, with the execution of the Closing Instrument and effective transfer of shares, the sale of 100% of the capital in Elog S.A. to Multilog S.A. The total sale value of R$90 million will be paid in 84 equal and successive monthly installments, adjusted at the variation of the CDI overnight rate from the closing date.
The divestment of Elog S.A. is consistent with the Company‘s strategy of focusing on its toll road concession assets.
