Notice to The Market – Resignation of Mr. Nicolò Caffo
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Ecorodovias”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, on this date, Mr. Nicolò Caffo has presented his resignation as Executive Officer of the Motorway Sector of the Company and its Subsidiaries, with effect as of today. Mr. Caffo will assume the position of Head of Global Corporate Development at ASTM S.p.A., which is an indirect co-controlling company of Ecorodovias.
The Company thanks Mr. Caffo for his dedication and contribution during his tenure and wishes him success in his new endeavors.
