ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Ecorodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its preliminary consolidated traffic figures for the period between March 16 and August 02, 2020 and the year 2020 until August 02, inclusive, are managerial and subject to change. Ecorodovias announces that as from August, the Company will disclose the evolution of vehicle traffic, preferably, on Tuesdays before the opening of the market at B3.
