Notice to the Market – Operational Performance
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. hereby informs its shareholders and the market, the preliminary consolidated traffic monthly figures for April 2026 and for the accumulated period of 2026 in relation to the same periods in 2025. These are managerial results and are subject to change.
As of April 2026, the monthly traffic for Ecovias Noroeste Paulista and Raposo Castello became comparable, since Ecovias Noroeste Paulista (TEBE stretch) began toll collection on March 4, 2025 and Ecovias Raposo Castello began on March 30, 2025.
EcoRodovias reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly-held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable legislation.
