Notice to the Market – Integrated Report 2023
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that its 2023 Integrated Report is available on its Investor Relations website (https://ri.ecorodovias.com.br/en/) and its corporate website (https://www.ecorodovias.com.br/en/sustainability/integrated-report/).
The Integrated Report gives stakeholders an understanding of how EcoRodovias manages its risks and opportunities, as well as the environmental, economic and social impacts of its business model, which is integrated with the investment and value generation strategy of its concessions.
EcoRodovias highlights that the current edition features the 2030 ESG Agenda: on the Paths to Sustainability, prepared during the course of 2023 and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2024. Based on 10 pillars, the agenda is organized along medium- and long-term targets to be achieved through cross-company initiatives that encompass different areas of EcoRodovias. The definition of targets considered the Company’s potential to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) established by the UN 2030 Agenda.
The Report also complies with the Integrated Report framework of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), and the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) for sustainability reports. To provide in-depth information on EcoRodovias’ management of risks and opportunities linked to climate change, the integrated report also follows the recommendations on climate-related financial reporting provided by the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
