Notice to the Market – Inclusion of EcoRodovias shares in the B3 Diversity Index (IDIVERSA)
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“EcoRodovias” or “Company”) informs its shareholders and the public that its shares were included in the B3 Diversity Index (IDIVERSA), which is composed of 75 companies listed on the B3 exchange.
The goal of the IDIVERSA is to make diversity indicators more visible and tangible to the public and to enable comparability of companies’ performance. In addition to recognizing listed companies that excel in diversity, the new index aims to promote the representation of underrepresented groups (women, blacks and indigenous peoples) in the market.
Being among the first companies selected as components of the IDIVERSA reinforces EcoRodovias’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and its commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in leadership positions.
