Notice to the Market – Expiration of Ecovia and Ecocataratas
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Ecorodovias”) and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS”) hereby inform their shareholders and the market that at 12:00 a.m. on November 27, 2021 and at 12:00 a.m. on November 28, 2021, the respective Concession Agreements (“Agreements”) of Rodovia das Cataratas S.A. – Ecocataratas (“Ecocataratas”) and Concessionária Ecovia Caminho do Mar S.A. (“Ecovia Caminho do Mar”) with the State Government of Paraná through the Highways Department (DER/PR) expired as established in the Agreements, after being managed for 24 years by Ecocataratas and Ecovia Caminho do Mar.
The Company, in accordance with its strategy to expand in highway concession assets, believes that new growth opportunities will arise from the auctions of state and federal highway concessions planned for the coming years in Brazil, and reiterates its commitment to the sustainable growth of the country’s infrastructure sector.
