ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“EcoRodovias” or “Company”) hereby informs the market that, during the four-month period between January and April 2021, its shares will be included in the Carbon Efficient Index (ICO2), which consists of shares of companies making up the IBrX 100 index that adopt transparent practices in connection with their greenhouse gas emissions (GHG).
