Material Fact – Indication of the New Chief Executive Officer of the Company – Gianfranco Catrini
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company”) in attendance to the Brazilian Security Comission – Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (“CVM”) Resolution n. 44, dated August 23, 2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, on the board of directors’ meeting held on the date hereof, it was approved the indication of Mr. GIANFRANCO CATRINI to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
His election and taking of position will be subject to obtaining all necessary registrations and authorizations before the competent agencies. The effective election of Mr. Gianfranco Catrini for such position will be duly deliberated by the members of the Company´s board of directors.
Mr. Gianfranco Catrini has a degree in Business & Administration from Carlo Cattaneo University – Liuc in Italy in 1995, an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford University in England in 2005 and Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School in the States United in 2021. He held positions on Impregilo International Infrastructures NV, WeBuild SpA and Lane Industries Inc.
