Material Fact – Homologation of ANPC – Ecovias dos Imigrantes
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company”), ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS”) and CONCESSIONÁRIA ECOVIAS DOS IMIGRANTES S.A., (“Ecovias dos Imigrantes”) in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of article 157 of Law No. 6,404/76, as amended, and with Brazilian Securities Commission – Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (“CVM”) Resolution No. 44/21, in continuity with material facts of 04/06/2020, 09/22/2021, 09/23/2021, 12/08/2021 and 03/15/2022, announce to shareholders and to the market that they became aware that the Civil Non-Persecution Agreement dated 04/06/2020 and its amendment (“ANPC”) executed between Ecovias dos Imigrantes and São Paulo Public Prosecutors’ Office was judicially homologated.
The judicial decision issued on 1 April 2022 before the First Judicial Circuit Court Public Office of the Central Forum of the City of São Paulo (SP) concludes the homologation phase and confirms the initiation of the enforcement of obligations defined in the ANPC.
The Company ratifies its commitment to its obligations, as a publicly held company listed on the Novo Mercado of B3, and any and all relevant information will be disclosed in accordance with the relevant current legislation. .
