Material Fact – First in the International Bid referring to Concession Bid 01/2022 promoted by the ANTT
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Ecorodovias”) and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS”) in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Federal Law 6,404/76, as amended, and Resolution 44/21 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil, hereby inform their shareholders and the market that ECS won the International Tender related to Concession Notice 01/2022 of the National Ground Transportation Agency (“ANTT”), to operate for 30 years from the date of execution of the term of enrollment and transfer of assets (“Assumption Date”), the Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – Governador Valadares (MG) Highway System (“Rio Valadares System”), consisting of the BR-116/465/493/RJ/MG highways, including the Metropolitan Arch of Rio de Janeiro and the stretch of Serra de Teresópolis, spanning a total of 726.9 km.
ECS presented a detailed, complete offer that was in line with all technical, economic and investment requirements of the tender and which included a discount of 3.11% on the Basic Toll Tariff established by ANTT.
After the deadlines for filing appeals regarding the documents submitted, the tender results will be ratified and adjudicated by ANTT, with a consequential convocation to sign the concession agreement.
