Material Fact – First in the International Bid referring to Concession Bid 01/2021 promoted by the ANTT (BR-153)
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company”) and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS”), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Federal Law 6,404/76 and Instruction 358/02 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (“CVM”), hereby announce to their shareholders and the market that ECS was ranked first, through the consortium Eco153 formed by ECS with 65% interest, and GLP (“GLP”), through its subsidiary GLP X Participações S.A., with 35% interest, in the International Public Bid 01/2021 conducted by the National Ground Transportation Agency (“ANTT”), to operate for 35 years the following stretches on highway BR-153/414/080/TO/MG: stretch of BR-153/TO/GO spanning 624.1 km, between the junction with TO-070 (Aliança do Tocantins) and the junction with BR-060 (Anápolis); stretch of BR-414/GO spanning 139.6 km, between the junction with BR-080/GO-230(A)/324 (Assunção de Goiás) and the junction with BR-153/GO-222/330 (Anápolis); stretch of BR-080/GO spanning 87 km, between the junction with BR-414/GO-230(B) (Assunção de Goiás) and the junction with BR-153(A)/GO-342(B), totaling 850.7 km as per the bid notice.
