São Paulo, February 06, 2018 – ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company”) and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS”), in compliance with paragraph 4, article 157 of Federal Law 6,404/76, as amended, and Instruction 358/02 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (“CVM”), announce to their shareholders and the market that ECS was ranked first in the International Public Bid 006/2017, by the State Secretary for Transportation and Public Works of Minas Gerais (“SETOP”) to operate the highway lot for 30 years in the state of Minas Gerais, consisting of the following stretches: (i) BR-135, stretch of 301.20 km; (ii) MG-231, stretch of 22.65 km; and (iii) LMG-754, a stretch of 40.10 km, totaling 363.95 km, as per the bid notice.

The first place was achieved since the bid submitted for the concession fee was the highest. After the end of deadlines for filing appeals relating to the documents submitted, the auction results will be ratified and the final decision will be announced by SETOP, followed by the invitation to sign the concession agreement.

The acquisition of this asset is consistent with the EcoRodovias Group’s strategy of focusing on highway concession assets and lengthening the duration of its portfolio.

EcoRodovias reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange, and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable laws.
