Material Fact – Publication in the Official Gazette of the State of São Paulo on the North Ring Road (Rodoanel Norte)
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company”), in compliance with paragraph 4, article 157 of Federal Law 6,404/76, as amended, and Instruction 358/02 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (“CVM”), in connection with the material fact notice issued on January 10, 2018, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that it was informed on this date of the decision of the Managing Council of Public Private Partnerships (CGPPP), published in the state register Diário Oficial do Estado de São Paulo – DOESP (“DOESP”), to form a Work Group for the structuring and consolidating a new public utilities concession model for the highway stretch of the North Ring Road (“Rodoanel Norte”), including the works necessary to conclude the stretch, and also to not suspend the International Public Bid 006/2017 (North Ring Road), of the São Paulo State Public Transportation Services Regulatory Agency (ARTESP) once again, maintaining the date currently in force (December 31, 2020).
