Notice to the Market – EcoRodovias’ shares have been selected to make up the portfolio of B3’s Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE)
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“EcoRodovias” or “Company”) hereby informs the market that its shares have been selected to make up the portfolio of B3’s Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) for the fourteenth consecutive year, effective from May 2025 to April 2026.
ISE B3 is one of the main indicators of the Brazilian capital market focused on sustainability. It reflects the average performance of the share prices of companies known for their strong environmental, social, and corporate governance practices, serving as a strategic benchmark for investors who aim to allocate capital responsibly and in accordance with ESG criteria.
The continued inclusion of EcoRodovias in the ISE portfolio underscores the Company’s sustainability strategy, which is guided by the ESG 2030 Agenda — on the Paths to Sustainability. This agenda consolidates structured goals, organized into ten strategic pillars, which are translated into concrete actions ranging from the reduction of carbon emissions to the strengthening of policies that promote human rights, diversity, and occupational safety.
