Notice to the Market – Operational Performance
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market, the preliminary consolidated traffic monthly figures for February 2025 and for the accumulated period of 2025 in relation to the same periods in 2024. These are managerial results and are subject to change.
In February 2024, the Company had one extra day of toll revenue collection due to the leap year. Considering the comparable 28-day period in February 2024 and February 2025, the growth recorded was 8.9% for the month and 6.9% for the year.
The Company reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly-held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable legislation.
