Notice to the Market – Start of toll collection by Ecovias Raposo Castello
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias“) and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS“) announce that their indirect subsidiary CONCESSIONÁRIA ECOVIAS RAPOSO-CASTELO S.A. (“Ecovias Raposo Castello” or “Concessionaire“) took over the operation and management of Lote Nova Raposo Highway System as of midnight on March 30, 2025. The lot consists of stretches of the highways SP-270/280/029 and the Cotia-Embu das Artes stretch, with a total length of 92 km, including 41 km of the system previously managed by Concessionária CCR ViaOeste.
Currently, the stretch includes three toll plazas located in Osasco/SP, Barueri/SP, and Itapevi/SP, whose toll revenue accounts for approximately 75% of the total toll revenue anticipated by the Concessionaire. In the 3rd year of the concession, the replacement of toll plazas with five free flow gantries is planned, along with the addition of two gantries on SP-029. Between the 7th and 9th year, the installation of another six gantries is also planned, totaling 13 gantries.
With the addition of this concession to the Company’s portfolio, it now has 12 highway concessions, totaling over 4,800 km under management, thereby maintaining its status as the largest highway asset management company in Brazil by length.
EcoRodovias reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of B3 and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable laws.
