Notice to the Market – 2024 Integrated Report
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that its 2024 Integrated Report is available on the Company’s Investor Relations website (click here) and on its institutional website (click here).
The Integrated Report is a document disclosed annually by EcoRodovias to inform its stakeholders about how the Company’s governance integrates economic, social and environmental pillars to create value sustainably and with long-term positive impacts for society as a whole.
EcoRodovias highlights that this edition features the progress of the 2030 ESG Agenda: on the Paths to Sustainability in 2024, with the structuring of the agenda’s governance and improvements to the management of information and indicators. In addition, the document reinforces the Company’s new Purpose, “To Enable Paths Never Before Imagined”, and the repositioning of its brand, reflected in the principles and values that shape EcoRodovias’ corporate culture, which is named “Our Eco Way of Being.”
Another highlight was the Company’s initial efforts for compliance of the report with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on Sustainability Disclosure, issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), whose adoption will be mandatory for Brazilian companies as from 2026. To this end, for the first time EcoRodovias adopted the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standard for the Engineering & Construction industry. The Company also used the framework of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) as the basis for disclosing data on its climate risk management and strategy for mitigating climate change and adapting its business to it.
