Notice to the Market – Start of toll collection at seven EcoRioMinas toll plazas
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”), its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. (“ECS”), and its indirect subsidiary ECORIOMINAS CONCESSIONÁRIA DE RODOVIAS S.A. (“EcoRioMinas”), hereby announce that EcoRioMinas started charging tolls in the Itaguaí/RJ, Leopoldina/MG, Laranjal/MG, São João do Manhaçu/MG, Santa Bárbara do Leste/MG, Inhapim/MG and Engenheiro Caldas/MG plazas at midnight today. EcoRioMinas manages the BR-116/465/493/RJ/MG highways, including the Metropolitan Arch of Rio de Janeiro and the stretch of Serra de Teresópolis, totaling 726.9 km in length.
Earlier, in September 2022, EcoRioMinas started charging tolls at the Engenheiro Pierre Berman, Santa Guilhermina (barrier) and Santo Aleixo (barrier) plazas and, in March 2023, at the Viúva Graça and Viúva Graça (barrier) plazas. The remaining plazas established in the concession agreement will be delivered and toll collection will begin in the coming months.
EcoRodovias reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of B3, and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable laws.
