Notice to the Market – Operational performance – COVID-19
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Ecorodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its preliminary weekly consolidated traffic figures from March 29 to April 04, 2021, inclusive and the year 2021 until April 04, inclusive comparing with to the same periods of 2020, are managerial and subject to change. The Company will release, from now on, the comparison of the evolution of weekly traffic between 2021 and 2019 in order to demonstrate the evolution of the traffic in relation to the period prior to the pandemic of COVID-19.
