Notice to the Market – Eco050 and Ecovias do Cerrado receive the Fomento Infra + Integridade 2022 Seal
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“EcoRodovias” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that two of its federal concessionaires, Eco050 and Ecovias do Cerrado, today received from Brazil’s Ministry of Infrastructure, the Fomento Infra + Integridade 2022 Seal, which publicly recognizes companies in the sector that adopt good governance, ethics and sustainability practices. The Seal aims to promote integrity in contractual relations between companies and the government, and one of its main goals is to prevent fraud and corruption in dealings between the government and companies in the road transport infrastructure sector.
This seal reaffirms the EcoRodovias Group’s perennial commitment to disseminate a culture of ethics and integrity in its operations, aligned with constant evolution in its ESG criteria through continuous improvement of its Integrity and Sustainability Program. It also recognizes the significance of all the efforts made over the past three years, when the Company obtained the ISO 37001 certification and signed the Business Pact for Integrity and Against Corruption launched by the Ethos Institute.
