Notice to Shareholders – Approved the Payment of the Dividends Declared for Fiscal Year 2017
São Paulo, April 25, 2018 – EcoRodovias Infraestrutura e Logística S.A. (“Company”) announces to its shareholders and the market that, in a meeting held on April 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the payment of the dividends declared for fiscal year 2017, as follows:
The amount of dividends to be distributed, for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2017, is R$207,447,000.12, corresponding to R$0.372793607 per common share in the paid-in capital stock, excluding treasury shares.
Shareholders of record on April 30, 2018, inclusive, will be entitled to the dividends, and the shares will trade ex-dividends as of May 2, 2018.
The payments will be made as from May 15, 2018, in accordance with the following instructions:
1) For shares held in custody by the Share Depository Center of the B3, the amounts will be paid to the latter, which will transfer the amounts to shareholders through its Custodian Institutions;
2) The other shareholders will have their payments credited to the checking account whose details are registered with Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A., the Company’s Custodian Institution;
3) Shareholders whose bank data are not registered with the Company or who do not have a checking account in a financial institution should go to any branch of Banco Itaú with an identification document and the “Payment Notice”, which will be mailed to all those whose updated address is in the records of Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A.
