Material Fact – 6th Issuance Debentures
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”), Resolution 44 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (“CVM”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company’s Board of Director’s meeting held on February 22, 2022, approved the Company’s sixth issuance of unsecured debentures not convertible into shares, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts in compliance with CVM Instruction 476, dated January 16, 2009, as amended (“Debentures” and “Issuance”).
