Notice to the Market – Operational Performance
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market, the preliminary consolidated traffic monthly figures for May 2024 and for the accumulated period of 2024 in relation to the same periods in 2023. These are managerial results and are subject to change.
In May 2024, EcoNoroeste reached its first comparable period since the beginning of toll collection on May 01, 2023. Therefore, traffic increased 10.6%. In addition, traffic decreased at Ecosul due to the rains in Rio Grande do Sul. Thus, excluding Ecosul and considering the comparable period of EcoNoroeste, in May 2024 comparable traffic grew 7.8% and consolidated traffic increased 12.5%.
The Company reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly-held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable legislation.
