Notice to the Market – Termination of the Ecovias Sul concession agreement
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A., hereby inform their shareholders and the market that, as of 12:00 a.m. on March 4, 2026, the Concession Agreement of Empresa Concessionária de Rodovias do Sul S.A. – Ecosul, Concession Agreement No. 013/00-MT (PJ/CD/215/98), executed on July 15, 1998, has expired in accordance with its contractual terms.
The Company reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly held corporation listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange, and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with the applicable legislation.
