Notice to the Market – Sale of Elog Sul
São Paulo, October 6, 2016 – ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company”) and its direct subsidiary ELOG S.A. (“Elog”), complementing the Material Fact notice published on July 4, 2016, announce that, on the date hereof, after meeting all conditions precedent, it consummated, with the execution of the Closing Instrument and effective transfer of ownership interests, the sale of 100% of the capital in Elog Logística Sul Ltda., Maringá Serviços Auxiliares de Transporte Aéreo Ltda. and Maringá Armazéns Gerais Ltda. (jointly referred to as the “Elog Sul Units”) to Multilog S.A., for the amount of R$115 million. The proceeds from the sale will be used exclusively to repay debt at Elog S.A.
