Notice to the Market – Operational Performance
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. hereby informs its shareholders and the market, the preliminary consolidated traffic monthly figures for March 2026 and for the accumulated period of 2026 in relation to the same periods in 2025. These are managerial results and are subject to change.
In March 2026, comparable traffic increased 2.1% in relation to the strong comparison base registered in March 2025, which was a 7.2% growth in relation to March 2024. As disclosed in the Notices to the Market on traffic for January and February 2026, at Ecovias Leste Paulista, the decrease is due to the completion of works on an alternative highway between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. However, it is noteworthy that Ecovias Leste Paulista recorded an average growth (CAGR) of 6% over the accumulated three‑month period (Jan–Mar/2022 vs. Jan–Mar/2026).
EcoRodovias reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly-held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable legislation.
