Notice to the Market – Integrated Report 2022
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”) informs its shareholders and the market that its Integrated Report 2022 is available.
The Integrated Report presents the Company’s main results, achievements, challenges and socioenvironmental impacts during 2022, attesting its commitment to value creation, transparency and communication with the market and society. The report complies with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and of the Integrated Reporting, the latter prepared by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), and is guided by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Moreover, this document provides a summary of how EcoRodovias has incorporated environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices into its daily business routines.
The 2022 report is the third edition prepared using the Integrated Reporting structure. This year, the Company provides the review of materiality assessment, prepared according to the dual materiality methodology recommended by the GRI. In addition, the report once again complied with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) regarding the disclosure and analysis of risks and opportunities regarding climate, which further reinforces EcoRodovias’ commitment to this issue.
