Notice to the Market – 2021 Integrated Report
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “Ecorodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and stakeholders that the 2021 Integrated Report is available.
The Integrated Report describes the generation of value over time by the Company, as well as its positioning, main projects, challenges and achievements, in addition to its financial, social and environmental results. The report follows the methodologies of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and of Integrated Reporting (IR) of the Value Reporting Foundation, and provides a summary of how Ecorodovias has incorporated ESG practices into its daily business routines.
The 2021 report is the second edition that has been compiled utilizing the Integrated Report framework. This edition is more complete and more fully aligned with the framework. In addition, for the first time, the Company has integrated it with the principles of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), further underlining Ecorodovias’ commitment to the Climate Change Agenda.
