Notice to the Market – Operational Performance
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (“Company” or “EcoRodovias”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market, the preliminary consolidated traffic monthly figures for March 2025 and for the accumulated period of 2025 in relation to the same periods in 2024. These are managerial results and are subject to change.
In March 2025, Ecovias Noroeste Paulista started toll collection at three toll plazas in the stretch previously operated by TEBE (Monte Alto/SP, Colina/SP, and Pirangi/SP), which accounts for approximately 20% of the concessionaire’s revenue. Additionally, Ecovias Raposo Castello started toll collection at three toll plazas in the stretch previously operated by CCR ViaOeste (Osasco/SP, Barueri/SP, and Itapevi/SP), which accounts for approximately 75% of the concessionaire’s revenue.
1) It considers toll collection up to and including March 31. 2) It considers the start of toll collection at seven toll plazas as of May 1, 2023. 3) It disregards toll collection at Ecovias Noroeste Paulista (three toll plazas as of March 4, 2025) and Ecovias Raposo Castello. 4) It considers the start of toll collection at three toll plazas as of March 4, 2025. 5) It considers the start of toll collection at three toll plazas as of March 30, 2025.
The Company reaffirms its commitment to its obligations as a publicly-held company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 stock exchange and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with applicable legislation.
